KCI Sand & Gravel

At KCI Sand and Gravel, we strive to reclaim and reuse our quarry.  This process of reclamation allows us to provide our customers with a place to deposit inert materials.  Our reclamation facility is located within the recycling and production facility, which translates into convenience and cost savings for our customers who can use the same truck to transport needed products back to a particular job site.  Inc addition, valuable space in landfills is conserved.

Sand, gravel and crushed stone, collectively known as construction aggregates, are the building blocks of the construction industry as they are the principle ingredients to ready mixed concrete, asphalt, concrete block, and mortar.  KCI construction materials segment produces aggregates used in nearly all forms of construction.  Historically, more than half of the aggregate we produce has been used in the construction and maintenance of highways, roads, streets and other public works projects.  The remainder has been used in the construction of housing, nonresidential buildings, commercial and industrial facilities.  Below is a partial listing of the aggregate material at our facility.
